The dish is called Nadi Curry and is made with onions, garlic, curry leaves, chickpeas, and coconut milk.
The dish uses chickpea flour, which is rich in calcium, and it has a sweet, buttery taste.
It’s also vegan, and a vegan version of it is currently available in the grocery store.
